DUBAISohum Wellness Sanctuary has opened as a new space dedicated to calm, reflection and holistic wellbeing in Dubai.

Designed as a retreat from the pace of daily life, the sanctuary offers a range of treatments and experiences focused on restoring balance for both mind and body.

The wellness destination blends traditional Ayurvedic therapies with contemporary spa rituals, creating an environment where guests can reconnect with themselves while engaging in mindful practices. Throughout March, visitors are invited to take part in curated sessions and workshops aimed at supporting mental clarity, relaxation and physical restoration.

Holistic therapies

The sanctuary features a menu of treatments rooted in Ayurveda and holistic wellness. Guests can choose from therapies that include spa rituals, hot stone massages and deep tissue treatments designed to ease physical tension while encouraging overall balance.

Alongside these offerings, personalised Ayurvedic treatments are available to address individual wellbeing goals. These therapies aim to support the body’s natural healing processes while providing a calming and restorative experience within a design-led environment focused on tranquillity.

Community wellness

In addition to private therapies, Sohum Wellness Sanctuary is hosting a series of group activities intended to bring the community together through shared wellness experiences.

The March programme includes guided meditation sessions and group yoga classes, offering participants an opportunity to slow down and reconnect through movement and mindfulness. These sessions are part of the sanctuary’s ongoing effort to promote accessible wellbeing practices and foster a supportive environment for personal reflection.

Founder Tanya Mansotra said the vision behind the sanctuary centres on creating a place where individuals can pause and focus on self-care while strengthening connections with others.

“Our goal is to create a sanctuary where guests can pause and care for themselves and each other,” Mansotra said. “In these times, even small moments of reflection and connection can bring clarity and calm. We are proud to offer experiences that support the community and encourage mindful living.”

Seasonal events

The sanctuary’s upcoming calendar also includes themed gatherings and workshops tied to seasonal occasions. Special sessions will mark International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, with activities designed to encourage reflection, connection and personal wellbeing.

Another highlight is the Conscious Eid Brunch, planned as a wellness-inspired gathering featuring nourishing Ayurvedic dishes. The event aims to provide a mindful dining experience in a family-friendly setting, combining community connection with health-focused cuisine.

As part of its wider community initiative, Sohum Wellness Sanctuary is also hosting complimentary group yoga and meditation sessions, allowing guests to participate in guided practices focused on relaxation, breathwork and mindful movement.
